customer satisfaction by consistently meeting or exceeding their
needs and expectations.
Kriska’s goal is to attain sustained profitable growth by providing
a high level of service to be monitored and measured from start
to finish.
Through continuous improvement, Kriska will improve the effectiveness
of our quality management system by measuring and reviewing quality
objectives. It is the responsibility of each employee to understand
and execute the procedures as outlined in the quality manual.
ISO Certification
Certification of ISO9001:2000 allows Kriska to demonstrate our ability to
consistently provide a service that meets customer requirements and provides a guideline to assist
us in aiming to enhance customer satisfaction through effective application of our quality system.
Quality objectives are assigned to “champions” to provide accountability, these objectives are
reviewed constantly at management levels to discuss effectiveness and ensure customer needs are
met and concerns addressed. ISO ensure that we identify and manage numerous linked activities
throughout our organization and that we consistently strive for improved levels of quality. The
ISO logo is now one of the most recognized and respected quality symbols in the world, when
customers see this logo associated with Kriska, they understand our commitment in providing the
best possible service.
On November 11, 2003, Kriska received certification under the new Standard ISO 9001:2000 with the
scope of our registration including transportation, warehousing and logistics. |
