Kriska originated a Leasing
Company under the name of KRISKA HOLDINGS LTD. |
| In
the beginning, Kriska had two customers, RCA today known
as Thomson Consumer Electronics and Selkirk Metalbestos. |
| Our Equipment was limited to
two tractors and six trailers, with staff consisting of two mechanics, three drivers and one office
person for a total compliment of six people. |

| 1987 |
More movement for the Kriska
Organization to the present location in Prescott, Ontario. During the previous years, Kriska had a
slight growth in equipment with twenty-five tractors and an increase in personnel as well. Driver
numbers were up to twenty-five with a dispatcher on staff. Office employees increased to four with
four mechanics on duty. |
| 1989 |
Kriska Transportation became a "for hire carrier" with the deregulation
of the trucking industry. Growth included an additional ten tractors for a total of thirty-five, with
one hundred trailers. Drivers increased by ten to thirty-five, dispatch added another person, as did
the office |
| 1995 |
Kriska adopts new space age
technology with satellite hook-up that connects 2/3rds of the fleet to Prescott Head Office. |
| Kriska announced purchase of
Jamaica Mfg. Co. property. |
| Kriska presented with Award of
Merit by Ontario Chamber of Commerce at annual Business Awards Banquet in Toronto as one of Ontario's
Outstanding Businesses. |
| 1996 |
Kriska Group officially opened
its new warehouse facility in Prescott in former Jamaica Mfg. Co. Property. |
| Kriska opens a new 15,000 sq.
Ft. warehouse facility in Mississauga. Kriska first opened a facility in Mississauga in 1989. |
| 1997 |
Kriska announces it has purchased former Thompson Consumer Electronics
building together with associate grounds, and expanded its warehousing operation to encompass 270,000
sq. Ft. |

Kriska is recognized as one of
Canada's 50 Best Managed Private Companies |
| 2003 |
Kriska re-launches its website and
introduces several new online services. Kriska is yet again recognized as one of
Canada's 50 Best Managed Private Companies |

Today |
Kriska operates over 385 tractors and over 1035 trailers. Our driver staff now totals
over 430, complimented by more than 115 owner/operators.
Staffing has increased to over 100 inside employees, comprised of a full-service maintenance
department with more than 20 mechanics and shop personnel on the payroll, a team of
planner/dispatchers providing twenty-four hour coverage, seven days a week, and office staff providing
everything from recruiting, payroll and human resources services to training, safety and compliance.
Kriska has diversified as
well by heading into warehousing, driver training and logistics fields. Our people in the
warehousing field provide professional services and, with the warehousing facilities in Prescott, are
able to provide state of the art warehousing combined with transportation needs.
All of these features
together with an extremely dedicated Management team provides our customers with quality, courteous
service for all transportation needs in North America as well as any warehousing requirements in
Southern and Eastern Ontario.
