At Kriska, You’re not a Driver; You’re a Professional
At Kriska, our employees are our most valuable resource; their dedication and hard work is the key to our growth and success. So much so, we’ve made "The Difference is in Our People..." our company motto.
When you join Kriska as a driver, you can expect the support of a company that constantly strives to keep its employees on top, through progressive training and compensation. Quality of service is our highest goal and we actively encourage everyone at Kriska to continually improve their skills and expand their horizons.
Kriska cares
Kriska is an equal opportunity employer. We offer comprehensive benefit programs including Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Long Term Disability, Health Care, Prescription Drug Coverage, Vision and Dental Care, RRSP and DPSP.
In addition to industry leading mileage rates, our drivers also benefit from generous accessorial payments such as Layover Pay, Breakdown, Pick Up and Delivery, Safety and Performance Bonus, New York City Premium, Hand Bombing and Trailer Switches, just to name a few.

Why Kriska?
Kriska is dedicated to employing the safest, best-trained drivers and employees in the industry.
Our Safety & Performance Bonus Program recognizes safe and professional Kriska operators with cash incentives. Each quarter, every operator who has remained accident and incident free for three months receives a cash bonus deposited directly to their account as recognition of their professionalism.
All Kriska Professional Operators participate in our comprehensive training program. This includes paid orientation, up to 4 weeks of in-cab training and being shadowed by an experienced driver.
Kriska Professional Operators enjoy driving late-model International LT trucks. Our power units are replaced every three years keeping the fleet fresh.
All company trucks feature refrigerators and auxiliary power units (APU) to keep the cab warm in the Winter and cool in the Summer without idling the truck. Drivers love the removable Isaac tablet for logging their hours and communicating with Dispatch.
